Transportation 

The Palmer Senior Citizens Center offers transportation to and from our facilities, as well as medical appointments, grocery stores, and shopping centers.  To qualify for our transportation services, you must either be 60+ of age or qualify for the Medicaid Waiver (CHOICES) program.

WE ACCEPT DONATIONS FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

  Suggested Donations: 

Palmer (round-trip) ..................................... $ 3.75

Wasilla, (one-way) ..................................... $ 3.75

Fees:

Anchorage (round-trip) .............................. $60.00

*For transportation to lunches at the Center or to inform us of changes concerning your home-delivered meals, please call by 9:00 a.m.

*To schedule transportation to a medical appointment in Palmer or Wasilla, please call us one week in advance.

*To schedule transportation to a medical appointment in Anchorage, please contact us as soon as possible and at least one week in advance.

*Transportation for shopping at Carrs and Fred Meyers is provided every Wednesday after lunch.  Rides to Wal-Mart are provided on Fridays whenever a volunteer driver is available.
