The Palmer Senior Citizens Center operates and manages Colony Estates Senior Housing and Chugach Estates Senior Housing located in Palmer. Colony Estates is a 24-unit, single level senior housing facility built in 1998. Chugach Estates is a 31-unit, three level senior housing facility built in 2007. Both facilities offer one and two bedroom units. Both facilities offer apartments for individuals who meet specific income guidelines, as well as, for individuals who have income exceeding those income restrictions. Eligible individuals must be at least fifty-five years of age.
